What do you have to pay attention to as a guest?


Overnight stay is allowed for tourist and business.
2G-Plus applies: You must either be vaccinated (full vaccination protection for at least 2 weeks), or recovered (for more than 4 weeks, less than 6 months) and also have a current negative test result. A negative test result is also required if you already got the 3rd vaccination/booster.

Children up to 14 years of age and underage students who are subject to regular testing as part of their school attendance, as well as children not yet enrolled in school, are exempt.

In all public areas, the distance regulation of at least 1.5m applies, as well as the FFP2 mask obligation. Children between 6 and 15 years of age may also wear a medical mask.


Swimming pool and fitness room are open for hotel guests, the steam bath must remain closed until further notice according to the regulations. The distance rules must be respected, masks are not compulsory. For external guests we have to keep these areas closed.


Please inquire about the current opening hours of our gastronomy.
Our half board is served or buffet style. Please already book when reserving your room. Please wear a FFP2 mask except at the table and use the disposable gloves provided to help yourself. In order to comply with the distance regulation we offer breakfast as well as dinner in shifts in case of heavier traffic. You are welcome to specify your preferred time upon arrival. You prefer it completely private? Each of our rooms has a seating area inside and on the private terrace - simply order your drink to your room. For external guests:
We ask that you book a table in advance or register at the front desk and provide proof of vaccination or convalescence.

What protective measures are taken?

We have always held our own hygiene standards higher than required, our staff is highly trained and experienced. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to disinfect your hands at the dispensers provided throughout the hotel.

In the restaurants, the minimum distance of 1.5 m (one alpaca) is strictly observed, so there may be shifts / small waiting times, so that the number of guests who are in the restaurant at the same time, for your safety is not exceeded. Access to the buffet is only allowed with a mask and disposable gloves provided. We are happy to serve you selected dishes in your room.

All public areas are disinfected several times a day.
Is it allowed to enter the hotel without a mask?

Generally speaking no, but if you are exempt from the mask requirement due to pre-existing conditions, this is of course possible. In this case we ask you to pay special attention to the minimum distance of 1.5 m (one alpaca), so that all guests can feel comfortable and safe.
What happens to a booking if the arrival cannot take place due to Covid measures?

For guests who have booked directly with us it is always possible to cancel their stay free of charge. Only in case of no-show without notification, cancellation fees will be charged. ATTENTION: This does not apply to bookings made through tour operators or online platforms.
